Kate and Heston playing in the snow...On Thursday, January 7th it started snowing in Chattanooga. Jon and I both got off work early that day and school and daycare let out at noon. On the 8th there was no school or daycare due to the conditions. Let me tell you it is COLD here. We have had lows in the 10's and teens and highs in the 20's. It got to 33 Sunday and felt so warm outside, Josh played Basketball with a friend in our driveway in a short sleeve t-shirt. Today (the 12th) there are still spots of snow around. We are so busy with basketball (for Josh) church activities, birthday parties, and (approaching too quickly...Katelyn's 5th Birthday) which I am trying to plan this week. Jon got a promotion and his head man on his job in Birmingham, AL. I am back in the full swing of things with several trials coming up that is taking a lot of preparation. at work. On February 6th Katelyn and I will be attending a Princess Tea at church. She asked me on Sunday "mom do I have to drink tea?" Poor thing. I told her I was sure they would serve something besides tea. Josh has basketball pictures on Saturday so I hope to get a picture package so you all can have a better picture of Josh for your frames.
